Hydration.

The other day I finally broke down and bought one of these babies.

I have this weird thing for water bottles. I love getting new ones. And I've wanted this spout/straw kind forever and they were finally WAY on sale at Al's. 8 bucks for this!!

It's funny though, this bottle makes me drink so much more water! I've always been good at drinking a lot, usually going through two 32-ounce bottles a day. This one is only 25 ounces, but I've been drinking four or five of them every day! At first I thought it was just me and it wasn't anything different, but then today one of my friends said she got one and had noticed the same thing! I'm not sure what it is... I guess it just takes that much less effort to drink that makes it easier and gives more motivation? Not exactly sure...

But anyway.
The moral of the story is that I love this bottle.
